Job summary

Bath & Body Works in King of Prussia, PA seeks a Sales Support associate to help deliver outstanding in-store experiences. You will support selling, engage customers, recommend products, restore merchandise, and assist with floorset execution while upholding brand standards.

This role requires energy, a customer-first mindset, strong communication, and the ability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors rooted in Our Values and product knowledge.
• Create genuine connections with customers through uncovering needs, sharing product information, demoing products, and making personalized recommendations.
• Recover and replenish merchandise on the sales floor to brand standards.
• Process merchandise to be sales floor ready and maintain the back room.
• Assist with floorset execution, window changes, visual presentation, marketing placement, and shipment processing as needed.
• Provide a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience, including ringing customer purchases at the cash register and keeping the cash wrap neat, clean, and stocked.
• All store positions require constant physical activity, including standing, walking, reaching, and lifting.
• Associates are expected to climb ladders, lift, reach, bend, and kneel to obtain products for customers and to maintain the visual appearance of the store.
• Associates should be able to lift 10 pounds consistently and up to 50 pounds.
• Consistently provide the most safe, clean, and engaging experience by adhering to all safety standards and expectations.
• Maintain our values, policies, and procedures.
