Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences through selling and product knowledge.
• Create genuine connections with customers by uncovering needs and giving personalized recommendations.
• Recover and replenish merchandise on the sales floor to brand standards.
• Process merchandise to be sales floor ready and maintain the back room.
• Assist with floorset execution, window changes, visual presentation, marketing placement, and shipment processing as needed.
• Provide a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience, including ringing purchases at the register and keeping the area neat and stocked.
• All store tasks require physical activity—standing, walking, reaching, and lifting, including climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 pounds.
