House of Forging and Ironwood Connection is seeking a Sales Support Coordinator to join our team. The role focuses on coordinating sales activities, preparing quotes, and maintaining presentation materials to support the Sales Associate.

Ideal candidates will have experience in sales support, strong organization, and excellent communication skills to serve customers and collaborate with team members. This is a full-time, on-site position in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or a sales support function.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized.
• Familiarity with parts distribution or construction materials a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sales activities with the Sales Associate.
• Plan sales and coordinate for value-added services.
• Create and review sales reports.
• Update sales presentation materials including brochures, decks and posters.
• Provide after-sales support to customers and clients.
• Prepare quotes and process orders from potential customers.
• Keep customers updated with relevant product information.
