POSITION OVERVIEW

dormakaba is seeking a Sales Support Coordinator, based remotely in the US. The Sales Support Coordinator is responsible for streamlining the sales process by managing quotes and orders, communicating with customers about delivery and tracking, coordinating internal and external communications, maintaining sales resources, and ensuring data accuracy, all while identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements.

HIRING SALARY RANGE: Hourly Salary $26 - $29 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Assist with processing quotes and orders
  • Communicate delivery dates and tracking details to customers
  • Distribute information requests and leads to the applicable Account Manager
  • Coordinate internal/external introduction calls for customer projects
  • Plan, set up, and maintain Showpad sites for customers

WHAT WE REQUIRE

  • Minimum of two-year degree or 4+ years of experience in lieu of education
