About our position

ASI is looking for a motivated Associate Sales Support Coordinator who is responsible for supporting ASH’s sales efforts to drive the business growth of iMIS and other ASH software solutions. In this role, the Associate Sales Support Coordinator will be collaborating closely with the sales support and new client sales teams to provide support in pre-sales activities, including RFP responses and proposal development, product demo preparation and scheduling, conducting seminars and webinars, preparing other sales documentation, and providing expert insights to support our sales efforts.

What you’ll be doing

  • Collaborating with the sales team to provide support in pre-sales activities, including demo preparation, answering product-related inquiries, and assisting with RFP responses and proposal development and other documentation-related tasks.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of all of ASH’s products, sales policies, and procedures, including familiarity with demo techniques and the master demo system, to ensure a high level of customer service and excellent sales support.
  • Assisting in the creation and maintenance of product demo videos, especially in the Consensus platform, and maintaining all light demo scripts.
  • Helping maintain the team calendar and coordinating the various sales support activities of the team.
  • Collaborating with the Vice President of Client Success to optimize sales support functions, incorporating best practices, leveraging appropriate tools and relevant technologies to improve service delivery, driving continuous improvement and efficiency, and demonstrating the value of our integrated product offerings.
  • Expanding the sales support model currently used for iMIS to TopClass, and later to Open Water and Clowder, as necessary.
  • Developing and maintaining documentation, training materials, and best practices to support the sales support functions and ensuring consistent service delivery.
  • Performing other job-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or similar relevant field or relevant experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales support or related roles.
  • Proven track record of integrating technology and tools to improve sales support services.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong sales and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related software.
