Job summary

Quirch Foods California, LLC. is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to enhance the customer experience and support the account management team. You will engage customers, maintain accurate records, and coordinate travel and events as needed.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish capabilities, strong communication, and organizational skills, with light travel (10–30%). A high school diploma is required, with a marketing-related bachelor’s as a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Degree or GED preferred; Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.

Responsibilities

• Improves customer service experience and engages customers to facilitate growth.
• Keeps records and documents customer service actions.
• Coordinates travel, meetings, conferences, and events.
• Assist Account Executive with account management.
• Data entry when orders are completed or changed.
• Resolves promotional allowances, rebates, and pricing discrepancies.
• Contacts customers directly when necessary.
• Assists with existing and new orders and account statuses.
• Collaborates with internal departments for order coordination.
• Provides data or reports to the sales team.
• Other duties as assigned.
