Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience in sales support, sales coordination, or customer service.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Update and maintain price lists based on pricing structures.
• Prepare product specification sheets and related documentation.
• Organize and maintain sales presentation materials.
• Process customer and vendor forms for new and existing accounts.
• Support periodic and quarterly sales review presentations and reports.
• Prepare analytical reports to support sales channels and decisions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Customer Service, Marketing, QA, and Operations.
• Attend assigned sales channel meetings and document follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate sales records and forecasts.
• Assist with pricing, reporting, and forecasting tasks.
