Job summary

Patterns India is seeking a Sales Support Coordinator I to provide administrative, analytical, and operational support to the sales team, including Directors and VPs. You will assist with pricing, presentations, reporting, documentation, forecasting, and cross-department coordination.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and proficient with Excel and PowerPoint, capable of handling multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Previous experience in sales support, sales coordination, customer service, or a related environment is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple complex tasks and competing deadlines.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Update, maintain, and review price lists based on established pricing structures.
• Prepare and develop product specification sheets and related documentation.
• Organize and maintain sales presentation materials.
• Process customer and vendor forms for new and existing accounts.
• Submit sample, first-batch, and R&D requests and coordinate follow-up as needed.
• Assist with periodic and quarterly sales review presentations and reports.
• Prepare analytical reports to support sales channels and business decisions.
• Maintain customer reports, sales forecasts, budgets, and related sales information.
• Attend assigned sales channel meetings and document or coordinate follow-up activities.
• Work closely with Sales Directors and VPs to address customer requirements and support sales initiatives.
• Coordinate with Customer Service, Marketing, Quality Assurance, Accounting, Operations, and other internal teams.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure sales-related information is updated in a timely manner.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by management.
