Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• Experience in sales support or sales coordination preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Update, maintain, and review price lists based on pricing structures.
• Prepare and develop product specification sheets and related documentation.
• Organize and maintain sales presentation materials.
• Process customer and vendor forms for new and existing accounts.
• Submit sample, first-batch, and R&D requests and coordinate follow-up.
• Assist with periodic and quarterly sales review presentations and reports.
• Prepare analytical reports to support sales channels and business decisions.
• Maintain customer reports, sales forecasts, budgets, and related sales information.
• Attend assigned sales channel meetings and document or coordinate follow-up activities.
• Coordinate with Sales Directors and VPs to address customer requirements and support sales initiatives.
• Coordinate with Customer Service, Marketing, QA, Accounting, Operations, and other teams.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure sales-related information is updated in a timely manner.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by management.
