Qualifications

• 2+ years in a sales supporting function or customer support environment.
• Must be highly self-motivated and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships through direct communication with teams and customers.
• Create and process subscription and renewals opportunities.
• Answer customer questions about the order process.
• Daily navigation in a CRM system, including creating opportunities and reports.
