Job Title: Sales Support Administrator
Printpack is seeking a qualified candidate to fill the position of Sales Support Administrator located in Wayne, PA. This position reports to the Senior Director, National Accounts.
Base Pay Range
$55,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in customer service, sales, accounting, or business management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially intermediate Excel skills including conditional formatting, advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data manipulation.

- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with an interest in working with numbers.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with ERP systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with National Account Sales teams to support customers, resolve issues, and identify internal resources.
- Prepare and distribute monthly and quarterly reports, including sales, material usage, supplier spend, and opportunity summaries.
- Manage aged inventory issues, coordinate with sales to ensure timely shipment or destruction, and document storage and warehouse fees.
- Work with the Credit department to track receivables, apply credits, and resolve billing issues.
- Record and track customer complaints, supporting Quality, Manufacturing, and Sales teams for timely responses.
- Provide customer service support, including order acknowledgments, expediting, and shipping confirmations.
- Reconcile trial and graphics costs and process invoices as needed.
- Assist sales team with pricing, proposals, presentations, samples, and reports.
- Offer administrative support to the sales team.
