The mission of the Sales Support Admin is to enable the outside sales team to focus on providing solutions by ensuring all internal sales operations run smoothly and efficiently. This role is responsible for managing CRM data, supporting pricing accuracy, coordinating with internal departments, and driving administrative excellence across the sales process. The individual will serve as a key liaison between sales, customer service, and operations—ensuring information flows accurately and tasks are executed promptly. Thinking critically, moving fast, and maintaining a proactive approach to problem-solving will be essential in supporting profitable sales growth and delivering a seamless customer experience.

The Journey

  • Internal Sales Partner: Serve as the go-to resource for outside sales executives, ensuring they have what they need—when they need it—so they can focus on closing deals.
  • Quoting & Proposal Generation: Build, track, and manage quotes with accuracy and urgency using CRM and ERP tools.
  • Pricing Support: Assist in the preparation and validation of pricing, discounts, and contract terms based on customer needs and margin goals.
  • Sample Coordination: Manage requests and delivery timelines for product samples and demo kits to support sales efforts.
  • CRM Superuser: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and prospect records. Ensure follow-ups are logged, notes are captured, and pipeline data is clean and current.
  • Sales Reporting & Dashboards: Utilize reports and insights for leadership and sales reps using tools like Power BI or CRM dashboards.
  • Customer Account Support: Help with onboarding new customers, resolving issues, and communicating timelines for delivery, billing, or production updates.
  • Sales Process Optimization: Look for ways to eliminate inefficiencies and simplify workflows between sales, operations, and customer service.
  • Cross-Functional Communication: Be a liaison between outside sales, customer service, logistics, and operations—ensuring no details fall through the cracks.
  • Documentation & Training: Maintain SOPs, sales support documentation, and contribute to training materials for future sales hires or tools rollouts.

The Requirements

  • Experience: 3+ years in a sales support, inside sales, customer service, or related admin role. Experience supporting field sales is a big plus.
  • CRM Tools: Strong working knowledge of CRM systems and order entry tools. ERP familiarity (Acumatica, NetSuite, SAP, etc.) is a bonus.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills. You’ll need to craft customer-facing messages and relay information clearly to sales and operations.
  • Organization: Detail-oriented, fast-paced, and able to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines with a smile.
  • Data & Tech Savvy: Comfortable with Excel, Power BI, or similar reporting tools to pull data and make recommendations.
  • Team Player: You love helping others shine and know that your role is critical to sales success.
  • Initiative: You spot problems before they grow and suggest solutions before you're asked.

The Reward

  • Recognition for your hard work and commitment
  • Opportunities for career growth within a company that values ambition
  • A culture that rewards your efforts — what you give, we give back. Profit sharing: we all succeed together. Failure is not an option.

As we continue to grow, we are seeking someone who embodies the following core values:

  • S - Smile
  • R - Responsive
  • P - Proactive
  • T - Teamwork

For those who want to be the engine behind a high-performing sales team.

This is not a job for someone looking to clock in and coast. We’re not offering a routine desk role where you wait for tasks to come your way. We’re looking for a sharp, driven individual who thrives under pressure, keeps up with fast-moving sales cycles, and takes pride in making things happen behind the scenes. If you love the pace of sales and are energized by supporting big wins, this is your kind of role.

This isn’t a job for someone seeking an easy ride. It’s for someone who takes pride in tackling challenges head-on and making a real impact. At Korpack, we reward those who take ownership and are relentless in their pursuit of success. If you’re ready to rise to the occasion, we want to hear from you.
