The Stock Administrator and Support Specialist supports the delivery of high-quality equity compensation administration solutions within Empower’s stock solutions SaaS platform. You will act as a point of contact for clients, providing guidance on stock plan operations while driving client satisfaction and retention.
What you will do
Provide pooled support to stock plan service SaaS client administrators
Respond to client support requests and provide best practice administration guidance to clients
Document client support requests that require follow-up
Escalate any support requests as needed to the COO
Create and update System User Guides and Documentation
Provide recommendations for system improvements based on client and support team experiences
Log system issues identified internally or by clients
Initiate the Change Request process and work with the Development Team to execute Change Requests
Support testing of new product features or issue fixes
Adhere to the Data Classification and Information Handling Procedures
Participate in prospective client product demonstrations (as required)
What you will bring
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, preferred
2+ years of experience in equity compensation, stock plan administration, or client service roles within the financial services industry
Strong knowledge of equity compensation plans, including stock options, RSUs, and ESPPs
Strong technical background and familiarity with Excel
Excellent client relationship management and interpersonal skills
What will set you apart
CEP (Certified Equity Professional) designation preferred
Proficiency with stock plan platforms
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Base Salary Range
$77,900.00 - $110,000.00The salary range above shows the typical minimum to maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation offered may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
