LHH Recruitment is working with an environmental company in Mesa. This organization is in search of a full time sales support administrative assistant to join their team. This job requires you to be fully onsite, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. The hourly rate is between $23/hr-$27/hr DOE.
Position Summary
The Sales Support Administrator plays a key role in ensuring the sales team functions efficiently and effectively. This position supports sales staff by managing administrative tasks, coordinating communication between departments, and ensuring a smooth client experience from inquiry to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing quotes, contracts, and reports
- Maintain and update CRM systems and sales databases
- Process sales orders and track project progress
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and service fulfillment
- Respond to client inquiries and route to appropriate team members
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and support sales presentations
- Assist with sales metrics, forecasting, and reporting
- Maintain organized sales documentation and client records
Qualifications
- 2+ years of administrative or sales support experience (environmental industry a plus)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Bachelor Degree in anything related to environmental or sustainability practices a HUGE plus

Pay Details: $23.00 to $27.00 per hour
