Job summary

Porcelanosa, a global leader in luxury tile, kitchen and bath products, is seeking a Sales Support Administrator to back the sales team and enhance the customer experience.

You will respond to inquiries, schedule orders, manage samples, and coordinate showroom events while supporting freight quotes and inventory checks. Strong communication, CRM experience, and proficiency in Word/Excel are essential; Saturday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business preferred.
• Experience in sales support administration.
• Experience with Salesforce or CRM systems.
• Familiarity with sales contracts.
• Proficiency in Word and Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong interpersonal skills; proactive problem solving.
• Available to work Saturdays.
• Experience in tile, kitchen and bath is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide product details.
• Schedule orders for delivery and provide tracking details.
• Manage sample orders and outgoing samples.
• Coordinate sales meetings and showroom events.
• Provide administrative support to sales reps including freight quotes.
• Maintain automated phone system with current data.
• Keep showroom organized and manage sample inventory.
• Maintain tile product libraries and replace damaged items.
• Research and resolve billing, payment, shipment, product, and inventory issues.
• Process price adjustments, returns, and credits; resolve damage claims with the team.
