What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Outbound Sales Representatives to achieve performance targets
  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics and KPIs to drive team performance improvements
  • Oversee daily operations ensuring compliance with company standards and best practices
  • Collaborate with Marketing and other departments to optimize sales strategies and lead management
  • Ensure delivery of exceptional customer service aligned with client needs and expectations

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of inbound/outbound phone sales experience
  • At least 3-5 years of sales experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role, preferably in an outbound sales environment
  • Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of developing high-performing teams
  • Analytical mindset with the capability to interpret data and implement improvement strategies
  • High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Experience with CRM tools; familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
  • Knowledge of cloud-based contact center software; experience with Five9 is a plus
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
