What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Outbound Sales Representatives to achieve performance targets
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics and KPIs to drive team performance improvements
- Oversee daily operations ensuring compliance with company standards and best practices
- Collaborate with Marketing and other departments to optimize sales strategies and lead management
- Ensure delivery of exceptional customer service aligned with client needs and expectations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2-3 years of inbound/outbound phone sales experience
- At least 3-5 years of sales experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role, preferably in an outbound sales environment
- Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of developing high-performing teams
- Analytical mindset with the capability to interpret data and implement improvement strategies
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with CRM tools; familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
- Knowledge of cloud-based contact center software; experience with Five9 is a plus
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to customer satisfaction and delivering quality solutions
