Job summary

Suitsupply in San Diego is seeking a Sales Supervisor to lead a professional store team and drive customer-focused results. You will develop staff, train others, and maintain brand standards while engaging customers with the latest fit, construction, and style insights.

Enjoy a competitive hourly wage of $19–$25 with a full-time contract, plus commission, clothing allowance, and employee discounts; frequent travel to other stores and abroad is available.

• Professional verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support management team to lead and develop a professional store team to achieve company goals and incrementally improve individual objectives.
• Collaborate with training teams to effectively to develop a gold standard team.
• Educate customers around fit, construction, and style of Suitsupply Ready to Wear and Custom-Made products.
• Practice professional salesmanship according to company policies and procedures to achieve personal and store sales and metrics.
• Ensure merchandise is properly displayed per visual guidelines.
• Collaborate with store support departments to utilize company resources.
• Align with Human Resources on policies and development planning for store team.
• Perform other duties assigned by store leadership team.

What you will do:

Performing other duties assigned by store leadership team
