Job summary

Suitsupply in San Diego is seeking a Sales Supervisor to lead a professional store team and drive customer‑focused performance. You will work with management to educate customers on fit, construction, and style of Suitsupply Ready to Wear and Custom‑Made products.

You will contribute to sales targets through personal and team effort, ensuring merchandise is attractively displayed per brand guidelines, and collaborating with HR for development and scheduling.

Qualifications

• Experience in management, sales, hospitality and/or service.
• Exceptional customer service and clienteling skills.
• Professional verbal and written communication. Flexible shifts including nights and weekends.

As a Sales Supervisor, you are an independent professional, with a high level of responsibility and identifying and solving problems is something that comes naturally to you. You have an opinion and share that with others through genuine and straight to the point communication. Sales Supervisors are excited to build relationships and have a personal approach to each interaction.

What you will do:

• Support management team to lead and develop a professional store team to achieve company goals and incrementally improve individual objectives
• Collaborate with training teams to effectively develop a gold standard team
• Enthusiastically present and educate customers around fit, construction, and style of the Suitsupply Ready to Wear and Custom‑Made products
• Practice professional salesmanship according to company policies and procedures to achieve personal and store sales and metrics
• Ensure that all merchandise is properly and attractively displayed as per visual guidelines
• Collaborate with store support departments to effectively utilize company resources
• Align with Human Resources on company policies, procedures and development planning for store team
• Perform other duties assigned by store leadership team

Who you are:

• Previous experience in management, sales, hospitality, and/or service
• Exceptional customer service/clienteling skills
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
