Steve Madden Ltd. in Paramus, NJ is seeking a part-time Sales Supervisor to support the management team and lead the store to meet sales goals while delivering outstanding customer service.

You will train staff, coordinate daily store operations, and serve as a bridge between customers, sales associates, and leadership. This role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and fashion-forward customer engagement.

Qualifications

Job description

The Sales Supervisor supports the management team and performs all functional tasks as assigned. The Sales Supervisor assumes leadership and managerial responsibilities when the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager are absent. The Sales Supervisor is part of a dynamic team where cooperat ion is key to achiev ing business goals.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Minimum of 2-3 years of retail experience .

The actual pay rate will depend on the person's qualifications and experience. $17.50 - $18.50 / hour
