Steve Madden Ltd. is seeking a part-time Sales Supervisor in Glendale, CA to support store leadership and drive sales while delivering exceptional customer service. The role emphasizes team development, effective communication, and flexibility in covering various store operations.

You will collaborate with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, train staff, and act as a liaison with customers and management to ensure smooth daily operations and a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of retail experience
• High school diploma preferred
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to coordinate people, resources, and services to address business goals and needs
• Excellent team-building skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays

Job description

The Sales Supervisor supports the management team and performs all functional tasks as assigned. The Sales Supervisor assumes leadership and managerial responsibilities when the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager are absent. The Sales Supervisor is part of a dynamic team where cooperation is key to achieving business goals.

Responsibilities

The estimated pay range for this job. Disclosing pay information promotes competitive and equitable pay. The actual pay rate will depend on the person's qualifications and experience.

$19.50 - $20.00 / hour
