Job summary

Reyes Holdings in Houston is seeking an experienced Sales Leader to provide day-to-day leadership and supervision of the sales team. You will drive goals for sales, displays, shelf position, and pricing, while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with company objectives within an assigned territory.

You will support sales account managers by setting objectives, managing follow-ups, and monitoring performance through KPIs and metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4–6 years of related experience and 0–1+ years of leadership experience.
• High School Diploma/GED with 7–9+ years of specific experience and 2–3+ years of leadership experience.
• Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and maintain an acceptable driving record and insurance coverage as required by the Company and state law.

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree with 4 to 6 years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years of leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 7 to 9 plus years of specific experience and 2 to 3 plus years of leadership experience
• Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and maintain an acceptable driving record and insurance coverage as required by the Company and state law
• Ability to repetitively lift a minimum of 25 lbs. to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and up to 175 lbs. when handling keg products
