Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling in Las Vegas is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead merchandisers, coordinate with sales and delivery teams, and monitor route performance. The role emphasizes training, safety, and policy compliance across assigned routes.

Responsibilities include optimizing merchandising standards, supervising daily activities, and driving productivity while maintaining exceptional customer service. A combination of education or extensive experience is considered for the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 2–4 years of related experience and 0–1+ years of leadership experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or meet minimum state legal age requirements.
• Must be able to lift, push, pull 25–50 pounds regularly and up to 175 pounds when handling keg products or using pallet jacks/loading tool.

Required Education And Experience

• Bachelor's Degree with 2 to 4 years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years of leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 5 to 7 plus years of specific experience and 2 to 3 plus years of leadership experience
• Must be at least 18 years of age or meet minimum state legal age requirements.
• Must be able to lift, push, pull 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 175 pounds when handling keg products or using pallet jacks/loading tool
