Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is seeking a Merchandising Supervisor to lead and develop a team of merchandisers across assigned routes in the United States. You will drive productivity, uphold safety standards, and ensure policy compliance while collaborating with sales and delivery teams.

Responsibilities include coaching, scheduling, and monitoring performance, plus conducting work-withs to assess productivity and customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2–4 years of related experience and 0–1+ years of leadership experience
• Or High School Diploma with 5–7+ years of related experience and 2–3+ years of leadership experience
• Must be 18+ and able to lift 25–50 lbs regularly, up to 175 lbs for keg handling or pallet jacks

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree with 2 to 4 years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years of leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 5 to 7 plus years of specific experience and 2 to 3 plus years of leadership experience
• Must be at least 18 years of age or meet minimum state legal age requirements.
• Must be able to lift, push, pull 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 175 pounds when handling keg products or using pallet jacks/loading tool
