Job summary

Gorsuch Ski Cafe & CoffeeBar in Snowmass Village, CO is seeking Coffee Bar Attendants to join our team. This role offers full-time year-round and summer seasonal positions with a chance to grow into other opportunities, delivering high-quality coffee and excellent customer service.

You will maintain a clean coffee bar, operate machines, take orders, handle payments, and ensure health and safety standards while providing a welcoming experience for guests in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or food and beverage is preferred but not mandatory.
• Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and equipment operation.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Legal eligibility to work in the location specified.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks and beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences.
• Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide recommendations when requested.
• Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, including washing utensils, cleaning surfaces, and restocking supplies.

You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. Minimum Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service or food and beverage role is preferred but not mandatory.
• Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and equipment operation.

• Capability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks.

Compensation and Benefits:
