Job summary

Kinder’s is seeking a Manager, Sales Strategy – Liquid in Walnut Creek, CA to shape the sales strategy and merchandising for the sauce portfolio. The role partners with cross-functional teams to translate strategy into customer-ready plans, including assortment, pricing, promotion, and shelving recommendations.

The candidate will drive launches, optimize MAPS, and develop scalable launch toolkits while collaborating with Field Sales and other functions to achieve distribution and profitability

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Four to six years of experience in Sales Strategy, Commercialization, Trade Marketing, or a related CPG function.
• Experience developing go-to-market plans for new products is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop the annual sales strategy for the portfolio, including channel priorities and assortment architecture.
• Own MAPS strategy for the portfolio with shelf and planogram priorities.
• Monitor base business performance and recommend corrective actions.
• Lead go-to-market strategies for new products across channels.
