Job summary

Altria offers a 10-week Sales Internship at Penn State designed to give rising juniors and seniors hands-on experience in business growth, relationship building with retailers, and data-driven decision making. Interns work alongside sales leaders to tackle real challenges, own projects, and gain leadership exposure.

Interns participate in networking, mentorship, and leadership development while supporting go-to-market strategies across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• Rising junior or senior pursuing a bachelor's degree
• Ability to work full-time in the United States (no sponsorship)
• Willingness to travel daily to retailer locations Mon–Fri

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales leaders to help businesses grow and uncover opportunities
• Build relationships with retailers and learn how partnerships drive success
• Analyze trends, data, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities
• Collaborate on marketing and business initiatives that create impact
• Lead a summer-long business project and present to senior leaders
• Network with fellow interns and employees across the country
