Job summary

Altria is offering a 10-week Sales Intern program designed to give rising juniors and seniors real responsibility. You will partner with experienced sales leaders to grow businesses, analyze data, and contribute to cross-functional marketing initiatives that drive measurable outcomes.

Interns gain mentorship, network across the company, and may qualify for pathways to future internships or full-time roles. Housing, travel, and a company laptop are included where applicable.

Qualifications

• Rising junior or senior pursuing a bachelor's degree.
• Ability to work full-time in the United States without sponsorship.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with a clean driving record for the past three years.
• Willingness to travel daily to retailer locations Monday through Friday.
• Ability to occasionally lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with retailers and learn how partnerships drive business success.
• Analyze trends, data, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate on marketing and business initiatives that create real impact.
• Develop creative solutions to business challenges and present recommendations.
• Lead a summer-long business project and present to senior leaders.
• Network with fellow interns and employees across the country.
