Job summary

Altria offers a 10-week Sales Intern program designed to give hands-on experience in building retail partnerships, analyzing trends, and supporting sales teams across more than 40 markets nationwide. You will partner with experienced leaders, own a summer project, and present recommendations to senior leaders while developing skills in data analysis, relationship management, and business strategy.

Qualifications

• Rising junior or senior pursuing a bachelor's degree.
• Ability to work full-time in the United States without sponsorship.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with a clean driving record for the past three years.
• Willingness to travel daily to retailer locations Monday through Friday.
• Ability to occasionally lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with retailers and learn how partnerships drive business success.
• Analyze trends, data, and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate on marketing and business initiatives that create real impact.
