Job summary

Altria Group, Inc. hosts a 10-week Sales Internship in the Midwest. You’ll partner with experienced sales leaders to grow retailers, analyze trends, and uncover opportunities. Expect hands-on projects, mentorship, and exposure to senior leaders through a summer-long initiative.

You’ll gain experience in business strategy, relationship management, data analysis, problem-solving, and leadership while making a meaningful contribution to the business.

Qualifications

• Rising junior or senior pursuing a bachelor's degree.
• Ability to work full-time in the United States without sponsorship.
• Valid U.S. driver's license with a clean driving record for the past three years.
• Willingness to travel daily to retailer locations Monday through Friday.
• Ability to occasionally lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with retailers and learn how strong partnerships drive business success.
• Analyze trends, data, and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate on marketing and business initiatives that create real impact.
• Develop creative solutions to business challenges and present recommendations.
• Lead a summer-long business project and present your ideas to senior leaders.
• Connect with fellow interns and employees through networking, community service, and social events.
