Job summary

Altria Group Distribution Company offers a 10-week Sales Intern internship across more than 40 markets nationwide in the United States. You’ll partner with experienced sales leaders to help businesses grow, analyze trends, and uncover opportunities in the marketplace.

During the summer you will build relationships with retailers, lead a summer-long project, and present recommendations to senior leaders, while gaining mentorship, professional development, and a company laptop and tools.

Qualifications

• Rising junior or senior pursuing a bachelor's degree.
• Ability to work full-time in the United States without sponsorship.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Willingness to travel daily to retailer locations Mon–Fri.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with retailers and learn partnerships that drive growth.
• Analyze trends, data and customer insights to identify opportunities.
• Collaborate on marketing and business initiatives that create impact.
• Develop creative solutions and present recommendations.
• Lead a summer-long business project and present to senior leaders.
• Network with fellow interns and employees through events.
