Job summary

Sysco Baltimore, LLC is seeking a Sales Strategy & Operations Analyst to deliver analytics and reporting that enable strategic go-to-market decisions. You will manage large data sets, build models, and partner with Sales, Merchandising, Revenue Management and Finance to drive sales productivity.

You will extract insights, forecast, and develop KPI dashboards, while supporting planning and forecasting cycles.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or 5 years of experience managing and analyzing large data sets, plus 2+ years in a sales support/analytical role.
Proven ability to analyze reports and derive actionable insights.
Strong Excel skills, data manipulation, and modeling capabilities.

Responsibilities

Provide insights and analytics to support corporate, market, and regional initiatives to increase sales productivity.
Help allocate resources across territory sales roles based on data-driven insights.
Extract large data sets to forecast, model decisions, and conduct strategic analyses for pipeline management, customer acquisition, and retention.
Develop and maintain quarterly, monthly, and weekly reporting on KPIs and dashboards.
Collaborate with Sales Strategy & Operations leadership to meet reporting needs.
