Job summary

Living Spaces in Lenexa, KS is seeking a Sales Specialist 1 to deliver an exceptional guest experience by executing our Guest Engagement Model. You will drive sales through targeted SPH and KPI achievement while ensuring top-tier guest satisfaction as measured by surveys.

You will help maintain showroom merchandising standards, assist with furniture assembly, and use store systems to support daily operations and enhance the guest experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least one year of retail experience in a direct customer interactive environment.
• High volume experience preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance against SPH and KPIs while achieving high guest satisfaction.
• Analyze daily sales results and develop monthly proficiency plans using sales reporting tools.
• Promote a positive guest-focused store culture that supports revenue objectives.
• Execute style guide directives, oversee merchandising and labeling on the showroom floor.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and comply with asset protection standards.
• Assist with furniture assembly and preparation according to guidelines.
• Use company systems and adhere to established processes.
• Support overall store operations and enhance the guest experience.
