Massage Heights North Thornton is seeking a SALES SPECIALIST | MEMBERSHIP SALES to connect with guests, make outbound calls, and present memberships. This part-time role emphasizes closing sales and delivering an exceptional guest experience.

You will sell memberships by aligning guests' wellness goals with the right membership path, follow up with leads, and build relationships that drive sales, retention, and referrals. Evening and weekend availability is required.

SALES SPECIALIST | MEMBERSHIP SALES

Are you a natural salesperson who loves connecting with people and closing the deal?This is a SALES position.You will spend your day talking to guests, making outbound calls, following up with leads, recommending services, and confidently presenting memberships.

What You’ll Do

• Sell memberships by connecting each guest’s wellness goals to the right membership path.
• Make daily outbound calls to leads, prospects, and existing guests.
• Follow up consistently and turn conversations into appointments and memberships.

Who We’re Looking For

• 1–3+ years of sales experience; membership sales required.
• Confident, outgoing, persuasive, and comfortable initiating conversations.
• Comfortable making lots of phone calls and following up until you get an answer.
• Goal-driven and motivated by commission and results.
• Able to confidently overcome objections and ask for the sale.
• Naturally competitive with a “figure it out and get it done” mindset.
• Excellent communication and phone skills.
• Positive, energetic, coachable, and accountable.
