Work closely with the sales team in managing our broker relationships and new business opportunities.
Develop and maintain relationships with our broker partners, their clients and our carrier partners.
Continually develop knowledge of employee benefits offerings such as: dental, life, disability, vision, accident, critical illness, and medical.
Provide prompt, efficient, high-quality service to our broker partners and clients.
Manage flow of Requests For Proposal to our carrier partners.
Ensure we receive quotes in a timely manner and review for accuracy.
Compare current benefits with quotes and determine the best options and recommendations for our broker and employer clients.

Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable presenting to clients on the phone, in person, or via webinar.

The qualified candidate should have the following:
Employee benefits industry experience is not required but preferred.
Self-motivated and goal oriented.
Strong organizational, time management and follow-through skills.

Life and Health license preferred or willing to become licensed within a certain time frame of employment to be determined when hired.
