Role Overview:

The organization is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Hunter to join its team, focusing exclusively on the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector. As the first dedicated BFSI sales professional, the candidate will play a crucial role in driving business growth. This opportunity is ideal for someone with a strong network within the BFSI space and a proven record in selling professional or technology services. The role includes identifying and closing new business deals, with future potential to build and lead a dedicated sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the BFSI sector
  • Create and implement strategic sales plans to meet targets and grow the customer base
  • Build relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders in target accounts
  • Leverage existing industry contacts to generate business leads
  • Conduct market research to stay informed on trends and competitors
  • Collaborate internally to craft customized client solutions
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and deliver accurate forecasts
  • Report regularly on sales performance and activities
  • Establish the foundation for forming and managing a BFSI-focused sales team
