Job description

We are seeking a high-performing Sales Representative to lead revenue growth, expand our customer base, and promote long-term client relationships within the paper products and converting services industry. The ideal candidate is a strategic closer, proactive in lead generation, skilled in consultative selling, and thrives in a competitive market.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • New Business Development: Identify, qualify, and close high-value opportunities across assigned territories and verticals.
  • Account Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts by delivering exceptional service and tailored solutions.
  • Consultative Selling: Understand client needs and provide converting and paper product solutions aligned with business goals.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed revenue, margin, and conversion targets.
  • CRM & Pipeline Management: Use tools like Salesforce or HubSpot to track sales activities, manage pipelines, and forecast revenue.
  • Presentations & Negotiation: Deliver compelling presentations, negotiate terms, and close deals with confidence.
  • Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with internal departments (production, logistics, customer service) to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Market Intelligence: Analyze trends, monitor competitor activity, and adjust strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Travel: This is a remote position that requires frequent travel to attend client meetings, trade shows, and industry events regularly.
  • New revenue from new accounts

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively

Preferred:

Existing network in the paper/converting industry
