• Listen to customer needs, address concerns, and highlight current promotions and financing options.
• Understand local competitors and communicate Home Depot’s advantages to guide customers through every step, set clear expectations, and ensure a smooth shopping experience.
• Meet monthly sales goals and other metrics to drive sales in the store.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and safe; work as part of a team to deliver excellent customer service while actively monitoring inventory to support a seamless shopping experience.
