A leading home improvement retailer is seeking a Sales Specialist in Eagan, Minnesota. In this full-time role, you will help customers bring their project ideas to life, provide excellent customer service, and meet sales goals. Ideal candidates will be proactive in addressing customer needs and maintaining store standards. This position offers a pay rate of $18.50 per hour.

• Understand local competitors and communicate Home Depot’s advantages, guiding customers through every step, setting clear expectations, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience.
• Meet monthly sales goals and other metrics to drive sales in the store.
• Help keep the store clean, organized, and safe, working as part of a team to deliver excellent customer service while actively monitoring inventory and driving in-stock support.
