• Help customers bring their project ideas to life by offering a range of product options, providing samples, and recommending solutions—including installation and related services.
• Listen to customer needs, address concerns, and highlight current promotions and financing options.
• Communicate Home Depot’s advantages, guide customers through every step, set clear expectations, and ensure a smooth shopping experience.
• Meet monthly sales goals and other metrics to drive sales in the store.
• Help keep the store clean, organized, and safe, working as part of a team to deliver excellent customer service while actively monitoring inventory and driving in‑stock to support a seamless shopping experience.
