Job summary

Majestic Stone is seeking a Sales Specialist in Macon, GA to partner with Territory Sales, manage customer accounts, and handle product information with a focus on exceptional service. The role requires strong communication, 4+ years in retail/sales, and proficiency with POS systems and ERP.

You will contribute to accuracy in transactions, build relationships with customers, and drive outreach to both current and prospective clients while adhering to safety procedures at our store and yard.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Retail Associate & Cashier experience 4+ years (preferred).
• Advanced understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Proficiency in English.
• Bi-lingual, Spanish speaking strongly preferred.
• Basic Math skills.
• Hands-on experience with POS transactions.
• Familiarity with inventory procedures.
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
• A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus.
• Experience working in NetSuite or a different ERP system is a plus.
• Willingness to obtain forklift certification, if not already certified.
