Job summary

Stone Center- Marietta is seeking a Sales Specialist in Marietta, GA. This full-time role combines customer service, counter sales, cashier duties, and outreach in a dynamic retail and yard environment.

You will greet customers, process purchases, handle transactions, and assist with product selection while building relationships and conducting outreach to customers. Spanish bilingual skills are a strong plus, and experience with NetSuite/ERP is beneficial.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of cashier, retail, customer service, or counter sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, energetic, and customer-focused attitude.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory procedures.
• Ability to learn product knowledge quickly.
• Spanish bilingual skills strongly preferred.
• Forklift or equipment experience is a plus.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide fast, friendly service.

Salary Range: $19.00 To $21.00 Hourly

Hourly Pay Range:

$18.00 - $21.00 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, and skills. Higher compensation may be considered for candidates whose experience, qualifications, or specialized skills exceed the requirements of the position.

Special consideration may be given for candidates who possess one or more of the following:

• Building materials, landscape supply, nursery, or contractor sales experience
• Forklift certification or equipment operation experience
• NetSuite or ERP system experience
• Demonstrated success in sales, customer relationship management, or account development
• Industry-specific product knowledge relevant to our customer base
