The role requires a self-motivated individual with a positive personality to provide excellent customer service. No prior sales experience is necessary, but candidates must be coachable and willing to learn. The position offers a guaranteed pay structure with opportunities to earn $40,000 to $70,000 annually. Benefits include health insurance, scheduled work weeks, and a 401K program.
