HOM Furniture in the United States seeks a Professional Sales Consultant to deliver world class customer experiences while meeting sales goals. This role combines design consultation with home furnishings expertise and offers training to grow your career.

We provide flexible scheduling after training, weekend/evening options, and a strong benefits package including 401(k), discounts, paid time off, and health coverage. Base pay plus commissions drives earnings above $80k.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years exceptional customer service experience required
• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
• Experience in big-ticket top-writer commission sales is a plus

• Our top Sales Professional/Design Associates earn over $80,000/year
• $18-24 per hour guaranteed against commissions

FLEXIBLE SCHEDULING OPTIONS AFTER TRAINING:

Flexible weekend and evening options. We know that in retail weekends and evenings are the busiest times. But these are also important family times! Tell us what schedule works best for you and we will come up with a set schedule that balances both.

• Full Time employees 40 hour schedule
• Modified Full Time employees 32-36 hour schedule
• Part Time Employees up to 28 hours a week schedule

Sales Consultants participate in maintaining price cards plus light duty vacuuming and dusting in their assigned areas.

Requirements

Education and Experience:

• Must be working towards or have a high school diploma or GED, 2 year or 4 year college degree preferred
• Minimum of 2 years exceptional customer service experience required
• Big ticket top writer commission sales experience preferred, such as; home furnishings, automotive, recreational vehicles, appliances, etc.
