HOM Furniture in Fargo seeks a driven Professional Sales Consultant to deliver world-class customer service, achieve sales goals, and build lasting client relationships in home furnishings.

You will join a team that values trust, solution-oriented thinking, and customer satisfaction, with comprehensive training and clear paths for advancement. This role offers flexible schedules and opportunities across full-time, modified full-time, and part-time arrangements.

Qualifikationen

• Must be working towards or have a high school diploma or GED, 2 year or 4 year college degree preferred
• Minimum of 2 years exceptional customer service experience required
• Big ticket top writer commission sales experience preferred, such as; home furnishings, automotive, recreational vehicles, appliances, etc.

• Full Time employees 40 hour schedule

We focus on exceptional customer experiences, whether virtually via our online digital showroom or inside one of our large, beautiful stores. Sales Consultants participate in maintaining price cards plus light duty vacuuming and dusting in their assigned areas.
