Job summary

HOM Furniture is seeking motivated Sales Professionals/Design Associates to join the team. Earn over $80,000/year with a guaranteed hourly base of $20–$24 and strong commission opportunities.

Flexible scheduling after training, including weekends/evenings, with options for full-time or part-time, plus comprehensive benefits and ongoing training. Responsibilities include delivering world-class customer experiences, meeting sales goals, and helping customers design ideal home solutions.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years exceptional customer service experience
• Big ticket top writer commission sales experience preferred (home furnishings, automotive, appliances, etc.)
• Retail sales with commission structure is a plus

• Full Time employees 40 hour schedule
• Modified Full Time employees 32-36 hour schedule

Requirements

Education and Experience:

• Must be working towards or have a high school diploma or GED, 2 year or 4 year college degree preferred
• Minimum of 2 years exceptional customer service experience required
• Big ticket top writer commission sales experience preferred, such as; home furnishings, automotive, recreational vehicles, appliances, etc.
