Seeking a highly self‑motivated sales leader. Position includes estimating construction remodeling and restoration jobs, communicating with the leads and turning them in to customers. Good communication with office personnel, insurance adjusters, and project managers is imperative. Requires confidence in construction understanding, a positive attitude, at least 3+ years of experience in construction, well versed in estimating and talent in sales. Experience with Xactimate is a plus. We handle both insurance work and remodeling, primarily residential. This position will also help do some training for new sales staff members. Home base is Canton, but the projects could be anywhere in Atlanta metro and North Georgia. Extensive driving is required. Salary + Commission (on sales).
