Vitality Living, a premier organization in the senior housing industry, is searching for aSales Specialistto join the team. The ideal candidate must reside in the southeast region near a major airport and be available for frequent travel. The typical schedule will be 10 days on/4 days off. A heart for working with seniors and their loved ones is a must, and a tenacious leadership style will produce the best results!
Responsibilities:
- Strong knowledge and experience in closing of sales to leverage independent, assisted living and memory care communities.
- Ability to step is as sales leader to drive sales throughout region
- Support community through pre-sale process and post-sales.
- Assist community all aspects of increasing census.
- Aptitude to understand ratios to include inquires, leads, tours, deposits and move-ins.
- Market analysis
- Serve as additional Sales Director for focus buildings, as needed.
- Serve as interim Sales Director during turnover.
- Serve as backup for completing marketing dashboards and weekly census reports.
- Must be an outreach specialist with the ability to build a marketing plan and strong referral base from local referral sources.
- Attend Sales and Special Events, including luncheons, VIP and Grand Openings, Open Houses, Resident Referral Parties, etc.
- Train and coach other inside and outside sales staff by doing outreach ride-alongs.
- Support Vitality Move-In Experience
Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Must have a BA/BS degree.
- Must have a valid driver's license, good driving record, and current auto insurance.
- Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Meet state or provincial health-related requirements.
- Maintain any certifications as required by state or provincial regulations.
- 2+ years of multi-site sales management experience
- Must reside in greater Nashville, TN
- 90% travel for frequent travel - southeast region.
- Proficient computer skills, CRM, and operations platforms.
- Training and coaching experience preferred.
