Job summary

Thoropass in New York-based team seeks a Sales Solutions Engineer - Compliance & Audit to join the Sales Engineering squad. You bridge technical compliance with customer needs, scope solutions, support pre-sales, and enable the team to articulate product value.

Youll interact with sales, customer success, and product, participate in training, and help shape scalable processes as the startup grows.

Qualifications

• Experience with information security and compliance frameworks (SOC2 minimum).
• Ability to work across sales, success, product, and delivery teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Proactive, creative thinker able to propose multiple viable paths.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales to highlight technical advantages of the software.
• Own free trials and demos, manage pre-sales POC processes.
• Lead initial scope conversations and define solution approaches.
• Develop training and enablement sessions for the team.
• Maintain product expertise and provide feedback to product/marketing.
