GSFSGroup is seeking an Account Services Specialist to support dealer contracts and customer relationships in our Houston area office. You will handle agreements, addendums, and system setups while ensuring accurate dealer data and timely reporting.
The role emphasizes high-quality service to field teams and dealers, with collaboration across Legal and IT to maintain up-to-date documents and product information. A GED or high school diploma is required, with 1–3 years of applicable experience.

The Account Services Specialist under the leadership of the Team Leader, Account Services will support the process to increase the profitability of GSFS finance and insurance (F&I) products and services provided to automobile dealers. The Account Services Specialist will 1) ensure processes to provide superior customer service, 2) prepare dealer agreements and addendums, 3) support new account setups, product changes and product launches, 4) assist coordination of dealer supply distribution, and 5) coordinate systems setups and communication with IT to support processing of business. The Account Services Specialist also will take action to enhance cross-functional coordination, expand internal communications in GSA.
The physical requirements described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. While performing the duties of the job, the associate is required on a daily basis to analyze and interpret data, communicate, and remain in a stationary position for a significant amount of the work day and frequently access, input, and retrieve information from the computer and other office productivity devices. The associate is regularly required to move about the office and around the corporate campus. The associate must frequently move up to 10 pounds and occasionally move up to 25 pounds.
